@the70stang it is powerful enough to be able to do that if you don’t know what you are doing with the machine. by the way, nice mustang video on your channel.

Does it take of the wax? It seems like all that heat and pressure might be able to.

@leonidasq8 we haven’t had any issue with repeated use.

does heated Steam affect car exterior body or paint job with frequent use?
and how much does that steam machine cost?

steam is dangerous to clean a car with. Because of the rubbers and plastic parts on a car. Even the bumpers are easily te be damaged with a steamcleaner. you’ll burn these parts without a doubt.

Where can i get this product?

Our system produces high pressure steam, rated at 100psi. That is something more than a warm mist.
June 25th, 2010 at 1:29 am
Yes, straight water steam with 100psi of the pressure. The system only uses 0.05 gallon of water per minute compare to 4-5 gallons using high pressure washer.

“Think of the steam as a warm mist”
To get steam you have to heat it to over 100oC, that’s more than warm!

All I see is a handle. To bad you couldn’t have showed us what the steam maker system looked like.
June 25th, 2010 at 3:05 am
I notice the car your cleaning is already gleamingly waxed….would it clean a dirty car? also would the heat not just get rid of wax?
June 25th, 2010 at 3:19 am
that’s new to me but I really doubt this method could deal with real car dirt like some mud, dust ect. this G Class after steam treatment as clean as it was before, just more shiny.
It maybe good for car dealers who want their cars look perfect but is it good for regular car wash??
June 25th, 2010 at 3:25 am
I seriously doubt this steam thingy can clean mud or hardened dirt. It would probably work better on the interior.
June 25th, 2010 at 3:47 am
you are cleaning a clean car! Wow! Next time show me a muddy car with pigeon shit on it, and I will give you some respect.
June 25th, 2010 at 3:55 am
no, it’s actually great for the wax as we are only using steam, not any detergent type cleaning agent which will remove wax after a few washes. Think of the steam as a warm mist with high pressure. It cleans better with warm temperature than room temperature if you compare it.
June 25th, 2010 at 4:43 am
pure steam set at enough high temperature for maximum cleaning capacity but won’t peel off any finishing materials like some of people concerned. it also has enough pressure at 60 to 100psi which will blow even smallest micro grits before drying off with microfiber. It’s actually the safest way to clean car compare to conventional methods available now. You really have to see this in action to believe it.
June 25th, 2010 at 5:23 am
is thatjust straight water stream or is there some kinda soup or cleaning agent in that
June 25th, 2010 at 5:56 am
Not very effective as a true carcleaning tool though ..except for interiors.
But i guess it could be a great tool for maintaining an indoor private-car-collection! atleast cheaper as hiring people to do it for you.

mmmmmmmmmmmm that would be perfect for the engine too!!
June 25th, 2010 at 7:48 am
does’t that remove all the wax or sealant do to the heat …i can see doing this only if you wax each time…
